3.5 Non-Transferability. Your n333 account is strictly personal. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n333 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.
4.2 You agree to notify n333 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. n333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.3 n333 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from n333 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
4.4 All transactions and bets placed using your account credentials will be deemed to have been made by you. n333 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
n333 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the platform at the time of deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. n333 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be returned or forfeited.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. n333 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

14.1 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your n333 account at any time by contacting our support team. 15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent n333 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
